All clients need to provide a credit card number and expiration date at the time of their first appointment request. Upon receipt of your appointment request, Trephin will contact you for your credit card information.
Cancellations ahead of time are fine, but no shows and canceling within 24 hours of an appointment results in a full service charge. If you are late, we will make every effort to accomodate you, however if we cannot you will also be subject to the full service charge. Please be respectful of both the stylist's time, as well as the clients after you.
