If you or someone in your household has been exposed to or tests positive for Covid, please cancel your appointment immediately. If exposed, you may reschedule once you have waited 5 days and receive a negative test result. If a positive test, you may reschedule 14 days or more after the date of the positive test.
After scheduling via email, text or phone you will receive a confirmation email. Reminder emails are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please confirm using the link provided in that email. Any changes should be made at that time. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Appointment times are reserved especially for you. To avoid a full service charge to the card on file please contact reception to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please contact reception if you are going to be late. After 15 minutes we will do our best to accommodate you. In the event that we cannot perform your service(s) due to tardiness, a full service charge will apply.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service(s) we request the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you. Services must be booked within 2 weeks from the original appointment. We do not offer refunds for services given.
