We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your appointment. If we do not already have your credit card information on file we will call you to request it. We will need it to secure your appointment.
To avoid being charged for cancelled or missed appointments please contact our reception 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that appointment times are reserved especially for you. Failure to comply will result in a full service charge.
Please call reception if you are going to be late. If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your booked service will be provided. We will however do our best to accommodate you. In the event of a late missed appointment a full service charge will apply.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service(s) we request the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you. Services must be booked within 2 weeks from the original appointment. We do not offer refunds for services given.
We will be reopening on June 2nd. Each stylist is coming back 2 days a week for the foreseeable future. Appointments that were booked for May will be given first priority. Appointments in June or July have second priority. They have all been cancelled and will automatically be added to our wait list. You do not have to send in a new appointment request. We got you.
